Logistics is a special area of expertise at Lubexcel. Aware that our customers' needs are varied and may sometimes have special requirements, Lubexcel does everything possible to deliver anywhere in France with fast delivery times!

Storage depot

In order to meet the varied needs of its customers, Lubexcel has several storage facilities in France to keep a maximum number of references in stock.

The main site is based in Bellevigny, Western France, at Lubexcel's head office. Most of our lubricants are stored there, with more than 3,000 M3 of lubricants in PACK and BULK stocks combined.

Our depot in Avignon holds over 450,000 litres of lubricant stock.

Finally, the third depot is located in Lorient and the fourth in Lieusaint, Paris area.

Lubexcel's sales team is made up of more than 20 sales representatives spread throughout France to serve you!

In addition to the interpersonal and commercial skills that characterise each of them, they will be able to meet your needs by providing you with technical advice and lubricant recommendations adapted to all sectors of activity.

Our sales team is constantly being trained in new standards and developments in the lubricant ranges we distribute and market. With their wealth of experience in the lubrication field, they will be able to provide you with technical solutions tailored to your needs.

Order preparation

Order preparation is managed by a logistics team of 10 people, covering all depots. Orders are prepared by our logisticians to satisfy our customers' requests and meet our shipping and delivery deadlines.

PACKAGED LUBRICANTS ORDERS

From cartons to drums and 20-litre cans, we offer our lubricants in a range of packaging formats to meet the different needs of our customers. 

Our logistics team, made up of 10 logisticians (all depots combined) do everything possible to ensure that your orders are prepared quickly and to a high standard. 

In order to be able to deliver to you quickly, Lubexcel works in partnership with large groups of recognised transporters to deliver your orders of packaged lubricants as quickly as possible throughout France and in complete confidence. The average delivery time is between 48H and 72H.

BULK LUBRICANT ORDERS

Lubexcel also offers a wide range of oils from several brands in Bulk.

Thanks to our micro-bulk offer, you can order bulk lubricants from 300L free of charge anywhere in France.

Lubexcel undertakes to deliver to you within 10 working days (depending on your delivery zone) using our own fleet of tanker trucks equipped with volumetric pumps from 300L!
